Contact form

  • Data: name, email address, phone (optional) and the content of your message.
  • Purpose: replying to your request. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) or the legitimate interest in replying to you.
  • No data is stored on this site: the message is immediately forwarded by email to the photographer, who keeps it in their mailbox as long as needed to follow up on your request, and at most 3 years after the last exchange.
  • Bot protection: the Cloudflare Turnstile service analyses technical signals from your browser to check that you are not a bot (no advertising cookie).

Cookies and browser storage

  • A language cookie (PARAGLIDE_LOCALE) remembers the chosen language.
  • The chosen light or dark theme is remembered in the browser's local storage.
  • These are strictly necessary for the requested features and do not require consent. No advertising or audience-measurement cookie is used.

Visit statistics

If statistics are enabled, they use Cloudflare Web Analytics, without cookies and without collecting personal data that could identify you.

Processors

  • Cloudflare, Inc.: website hosting, bot protection, cookie-free statistics. Site data stored in the European Union.
  • Brevo (Sendinblue SAS, France): delivery of the emails sent by the site.

Some Cloudflare processing may involve transfers outside the European Union, covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses and the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to and restrict the processing of your data. To exercise them, write via the contact page. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
